As part of our strong commitment and ongoing support to the higher education sector, we commissioned a study on "The reform of the Peruvian university system: internationalisation, progress, challenges and opportunities” conducted by consulting firms Ipsos y Apoyo. The purpose of this study is to offer insight into the process of the Peruvian university system reform in a context of worldwide changes in higher education.
We focussed on the relevant areas of our work relating to internationalisation, quality assurance and student mobility. Ultimately, this document captures the progress and pending challenges as well as the role of the Peruvian state to ensure quality in higher education.
This study was officially launched in March 2017 during our event: "Perspectives of the university sector in Peru and the United Kingdom” which gathered over 150 key stakeholders of the university sectors in both of these countries.
